RAFFLES FOR CHARITY:

Most Raffle Tickets are $2.00 each or "3 fer $5.00" and can be purchased at the Booster Club table during home games, either at the Moda Center or the Veterans Memorial Coliseum. Both venues are located at the Rose Quarter in Portland, Oregon.

Special Raffles such as Jersey Raffles, Autographs, Sticks, etc, may have a different Ticket Price and are subject to availability. This page does not necessarily have a listing of all current raffles; check at the Booster Club table for all current raffles.

1. Proceeds will benefit Junior Hockey in the Portland Metro Area and/or the Players Education Fund as well as local community charities and/or what may otherwise be approved by the membership at seasonal monthly meetings.

2. All Raffles' listed are Sponsored by the Portland Winterhawks Booster Club unless otherwise noted under the authority of the Internal Revenue Code 501 (c)(3) Charitable Organization status and by the Oregon Department of Justice Charitable Activities Section. 3. Reporting Requirements: Ticket Holders Agree to be bound by the Rules and Procedures of all Raffles and Agree if you are the winner to provide Government Photo Identification and fill out IRS Form W-9 in order to receive the prize and close the raffle; if winner refuses to provide and fill out required reporting documents, that winner shall be "voided" and a new winner shall be picked. Official Rules and Procedures shall be located at the Booster Club table during all home games for public inspection.

4. The Portland Winterhawks Booster Club does not provide Tax Information regarding winnings, we are not qualified to do so. We urge you to contact your Certified Public Accountant or Tax Preparer who is legally able to provide such information.
